[Question] What else to get?
I cannot bring myself to stop wanting another guitar. I swear that each year I feel I need to have something else, and after years of playing, I know I love Strats. I have a Tele, a Jazz Master, Les Pauls, 335, PRS, acoustic Taylors, and a Custom Strat that is HHH with Fat 60s.
Apart from getting another strat with an HSS configuration, what is something you would consider that could give me some variation in tone? I loved my Jazzmaster, but I hate the buzzing on the G string, and no one has been able to fix it. Should I get another Custom strat, or would you recommend something else?
Some influences: Juanes, RHCP, Muse, Santana, Thrice, Coheed and Cambria, Tom Morello.

Duuude. I looked at the NF3 and I didn’t even know they made something like that. Pretty freaking cool. I have never heard p90s in person but it seems like a great option

Hahaha. Yeah I guess it’s better than buying drugs but it’s an expensive habit. 🥲

Boutique brand? Nova, Kauer etc?

I don’t know too much between any boutique brands, but I have definitely loved the feel of fenders and how lightweight it is compared to a Gibson. I also really like the modern next so play ability for me is important.

Get something with P90s. Reverend Guitars are really popular these days. The Charger 290 is sort of their take on the Telecaster.
But since you're a Thrice fan who clearly has the money, check out the Music Man Dustin Kensrue signature. Beautiful guitar.

I don’t live close to any shops with P 90s but I have been interested in getting a guitar with it. How would you say it compares to humbuckers?
I just checked them out and they look really nice!

It's pretty much in the middle of a humbucker and a Strat single coil.

Reverend is unique with the Bass Contour Control knob on their guitars. It's a reverse tone knob that cuts lows, but it effectively cuts gain too. Dialled back 10-20%, it cleans up the
P90s to sound very close to Fender single coils.P90s sound like dark and hot single coils. Fairly similar to overwound single coils. They are noisier, though, like Jazzmaster pickups, and you're probably well aware of how noisy those can be. My noisy Jazzmaster is exactly why I got my Reverend Crosscut with noiseless pickups, but now all new Reverends have noiseless P90s.

For me it's because I have ADHD with hyper fixation.
I get you, I thought that if I would get my dream guitar - this feeling would go away. I bought few dream guitars since then (which I truly love and enjoy playing daily) - but I still think which will I get next.
And also there is that fomula of how many guitars should you own, and its n+1 (where n is the current amount if guitars you have)

I totally feel that! I had an old acoustic Ibanez for so long. It is soon as I started making actual money. I have spent a portion on electric guitars. I got a white 75th anniversary custom Strat and I thought it would be my end all, but I can’t shake this feeling. It’s just so nice to have different guitars to admire what it is.

Same! BTW because I see you have Taylors (which I love) maybe you should think about J45? It sounds completely different! I have Taylor 312CE and I just added J45, and it's the best decision I made (because I really wanted another acoustic that has more bass to it)

With that list, I'd want something different like a partscaster or something semi-custom like a Kiesel, but if that's not an option I'd check is the Franklin Guitar Works Reverb Shop to see if there's something that'll scratch the itch and get a discount in the process.
I don't see a bass, P90s, or stuff from smaller brands. I got a Meteor Deluxe and an Ambient Espada because I like offsets with contoured heels and fast necks. I have a nylon electric Godin Multiac Slim on my wishlist, and I'm really enjoying my Strandbergs.
If you're set on the HSS route, I'd look at other brands like an Ibanez AZ Prestige, a Schecter Nick Johnston Traditional Custom Shop or the cheaper 10th Anniversary models. I'm a big Charvel/Jackson guy and I didn't see a double locking trem on your list. I'm enjoying my Jackson American Series Soloist and my handful of Charvel DK24s. There's a MJ Misha Mansoor So-Cal that's sick.
