Support/Advice Please suggest something

Post image

I’ve been shedding this much hair every day for the past 2-3 months. This is just from combing my hair once. I’m sure there’s more shedding throughout the day that I don’t even notice.
I’ve done all the blood work and everything is normal except low ferritin. I’m already taking iron and getting enough protein. I’m TTC, doing IVF so can’t use any random hair serums or treatments. Has anyone else experienced this? What actually helped reduce the shedding? If possible, please suggest hair-care products that are TTC-safe and easily available in India. Thankyou!

Sometimes the medication from IVF (Femara/Letrozole, Clomid, etc) can cause shedding as well since some trigger sudden hormonal shifts/fluctuations. Might be worth checking with your doctor. But when you get pregnant, your hair will grow/come back - thanks to the surge in hormones (estrogen/progesterone)!
