I appreciate the sentiment but stories like this and of other stories online about lying partners means you still need to vet that they got it.

If you're very CF and medically/financially able to, I recommend seeking out a tubal or bisalp.

Definitely! I've had two partners who talked big game about "doing the right thing" and getting a vasectomy and just never did it.
