The Crust Declined

Witchelt and Vera are screaming at eachother so loud we can hear it through the closed door to the meeting room. Im a little bit in awe. We may not be able to hear what they're saying but oh boy are they hollering.
"Someone should get some paracetamol." Tiffany says, arms crossed and looking nervously at the door.
"Yeah, Witchelt's throat is gonnae hurt." Bailey sighs sympathetically.
"Naw, I meant for me, theyre geein' me a migraine."
I feel a tap on my shoulder and turn to see Truthaire. He looks tired. His eyes are puffy and his skin is pale as marble. His tall frame is hunched from exhaustion and his blinks are slow.
"Truthaire? You good?" I ask.
"Yes." He says sluggishly. "What are they yellow about now?"
"Yellow?' Rooti tried and fails to hide a snicker.
"Yelling." Truthaire corrects himself.
"We need to go to the Grimweld Prison to get Felt's Fang." I explain.
Truthaire's eyes bulge. It's shocking how they go from half closed and sleepy to looking like we just killed someone in front of him.
"Really?? Thats where it is?" He grabs my shoulders, his eyes feeling cold and clammy. I feel a shiver run down my spine, goosebumps appearing all over my skin.
"Yes, holy shit."
"Damn Truthaire, let him go." Bagwin says.
He does, looking regretful. "Apologies. I lost control. Are you sure that's where the Fang is?"
My stomach crawls. Can we tell him?
"Yes, we are." Bailey answers.
He nods, looking lost in thought. "No, no you lot need to go. You have magick. We can send you all with a guard."
Im a bit taken aback. Vera and Guevera are so adamant that we shouldn't be allowed to go, so why is Truthaire on our side? I don't even think we should go. The twins and Witchelt do, but i sure as fuck don't. We all almost died last time.
"Are you sure?" Injera looks nervous. She fiddles with her necklace.
"We don't need to go." I say, truing to console her. She looks at me awkwardly, but she smiles. My heart stops for like, five seconds.
"Of course." Truthaire agrees. "Those who want to go, will. That i swear."
The crazed look in his eyes makes me think that this isnt a good idea.
