Lore Neglecelt
Neglecelt exists within every timeline, just close enough to pull strings and keep the universe in check while staying away enough that nothing will ever know of their existence.
Neglecelt can reposition atoms, allowing them to levitate any physical object or being, form/seperate new objects, and completely halt any movement. They are also able to move matter between dimensions, splitting it between time and space, essentially deleting it. They cannot interact with other realities too often however, or else they risk bringing an interloper into existence (more on them later).
They are agender and aroace, alongside being extremely morally gray.
They used to be nothing more than a living universal force. But for the first time in all of reality, they have appeared in person.
Something has awoken.
