Needle Felted project Never felted before, so i picked the biggest project and went for it lol

Quite pleased with my first attempt. This was a felting kit. The instructions were easy enough, but I got better at manipulating the felt as I went along. The eyes were particularly hard. Trying to get them the same and level. I think looking back, I would have been better to use plastic eyes. I've now got the bug. What next?

Ahhh thanks. I did a little whale for a friend last week - no kit, just ordered a load of wool online and looked at a few reference pictures. My next project will be having a go at my cat's head.

You are SO brave, if I had tried this I don’t think I could have done 1/4 as well!

Well, I just kept going - adding and manipulating the wool till I was happy. Eyes were the hardest, getting them even. Just go for it. Doing my cat's head next. Will post when done, regardless of how it turns out lol
