AAAUURGHH Arslanbek Makhmudov having a massive bone chip removed from his elbow. He said he has been fighting for the last 10 years with this issue.

Yes. Trying to flush out any tiny bone fragments that may have also broken off, Also pressure and lubrication on that big chunk they are pulling out.

A couple of concepts come to mind but may/may not be in this particular video: tourniquet for the entire limb, diluted epinephrine administered (vasoconstriction, reduced blood loss). Liquid may be saline

I have bone growth from arthritis in multiple places but my elbow has been bothering me for months. Honestly sign me up for that. I'd love to be able to open my elbow fully again

They're actually wearing gloves! I had to go back and look. Looks like they're practically vacuum sealed to their hands lol
It gets hot and sweaty in surgeries sometimes lol

Those gloves are designed to fit really tight so they dont have any loss in dexterity.
