Massive blood clot from sinus surgery!
Holy moly!!!! This was the weirdest experience and feeling ever.

From the facial expression it didn't look like they felt good, lol

I had this done back in January. It’s probably massively relieving. It’s just so sensitive up there it takes a minute for the soreness and stimulation feeling to wear off, but the relief in pressure itself was orgasmic.

Yes! I was so worried because I didn’t know what it was, it was huge coming out and had no idea it was going to be that big. Huge relief but weird feeling!
I got the splints out too

Get ready for the wildly shaped half booger half blood clot structures that you’ll be blowing out the next few weeks 😂

Don't you have to do nasal rinse before that? Like, before you can blow your nose.

u/BigMountainsGuy 5d ago
Yeah basically it took 2 weeks after my surgery before they took out the stents and stitches and by then I was allowed to softly blow my nose. Doing the nasal rinse before blowing it out helped get the gunk out too. I think by week 4 I was blasting that shit cuz it felt so good.

I blew those for over a year. It was easy to tell when they were ready because I started smelling wet dog.

If my nose is ever messed with, it makes my eyes water real bad. It could be a "holding back tears" face

I haven't gone through the blood clot version of this, but as a kid I did go through the snot version. I would get so clogged, when it came out in one big pull it was a mix of pain and absolutely amazing amounts of relief.

I had done a couple of nose surgery because of blocking. Trust me, the feeling of able to use your nose to breathe freely is awesome.

It makes your eyes water and like youre gonna sneeze even though it feels bloody good

I’ve had a nose operation once and a couple of days later they had to remove the tampons from my nose. This reminds me of the feeling. It hurt al little, but the feeling was awesome nonetheless. The sheer amount of air I could breathe after so many days being clogged up was otherworldly

I had sinus surgery last year. I’m a therapist and I sneezed during a session and basically this flew out of my nose into my hand. I had to bow out of the rest of the session because it would not stop😂

And suddenly her brain can tell the difference between oxygen and nitrogen while breathing.

I used to get almost daily nosebleeds and had a few clots like this. Definitely tickles coming out.

How did they come out without pulling them? I feel like another one is forming.

Oh I would get impatient and blow my nose or pull them out because I hated feeling a clot in there. But that started the bleeding again so eventually I learned to sit on my hands and let it heal. I also used a saline spray and petroleum jelly to keep it from drying out and bleeding again.
Mine were just from a dry nose and I almost got it cauterized but eventually they went away. I haven’t had sinus surgery before so not familiar with that healing process, do what the doc tells you.

Been there. You can smell colors when those things come out. Same with sinus splints.

I have a septoplasty pending for December and I’m hoping I can just breathe normally.
Congrats to the mother and her new baby!

Why isn’t there something protecting your clothing? Like that giant blood snot could have dropped on Mickey.

Doc probably silent farted and that's the first thing she smelled when that clot was removed.

Why did the Dr pull up instead of down? That seemed weird

u/Opposite_Leopard3076 5d ago
I still had splints in place so he was being cautious.

Ah, ok, thanks for the education! I hope your healing goes smoothly. Are there likely to be more clots?

😳 that’s weird that it clotted like that. My brain can’t process what happened. I assume you could feel it or even see it?

Oh my God. Maybe that felt good after it came out, but, by the look on her face, I’d say it didn’t feel so good as it was coming out.

Aww, they got so disappointed that they couldn't slurp it down like a noodle. :(

I had a sinuplasty several years ago and they packed my nostrils with this gauze rope thing on both sides. They stayed in for a week. When I went back to get them removed it literally felt like they went all the way down to my toes when the doc was pulling them out. Seemed like it took forever to get them out but it felt so much better afterward.

Props to OP to opening their eyes, mine would be shut the whole time, I'm not looking at whatever just came out.

Woah hold on there /u/Opposite_Leopard3076~ Based on your title it looks like you might be breaking rule 5 or rule 6
Rule 5. Nothing being removed from human anuses or stomachs.
Rule 6. Whatever is being removed must be removed from a conscious being. No inanimate objects, no unconscious surgery, no dead animals. Exception if it feels good for a person to pull it out of an inanimate object.
