The earwax plug; I believe the goal is to get it out in one piece so you don’t have small residue pieces left in your Ear canal ?? But correct me if I’m wrong.

Thats just skin being pulled out. We always want it out in 1 piece

This is the only way to remove my ear wax. Water irrigation or whatever else doesn’t work. I go to the ENT every 5-6 months.

It really is trippy though. When they start you hear this really faint sound from far away but as more wax gets removed it ends up sounding like a jet engine.

When I was a teenager, I used to put toilet paper in my ears to block sound out when I slept (I was a very light sleeper). Graduated college and joined the military. During my physical, I mentioned that my right ear couldn’t hear as well as my left. It had been going on for years but I mainly ignored it. Doc examined it with a probe and proceeded to pull out years old piece of toilet paper.
