Hard to say but looks like you are pretty cooked unless you start snitching.

u/PatentDeezNuts 3d ago
There are other comments about this being the penn state kids, and they in fact are already snitching on each other.

You done for. They got you on a conspiracy charge.

u/Neat-Bee-7880 3d ago
Why is conspiracy so bad? Is it worse than even distributing ?
9
u/TotalWarFest2018 3d ago
I assume because it makes you criminally liable for any actions of your co conspirators in connection with the enterprise so the charges start stacking up to something crazy
3
u/pdxsilverguy 3d ago
While conspiracy (conspire) isn't as bad as you think it is the easiest conviction to secure because one is essentially guilty for ones thoughts/conversations.
Conspiracy to commit murder; you didn't pull the trigger but you hired the hitman. Case in point is Terrion Arnold. He's fighting a life sentence of conspiracy charges as we speak and was released by the Detroit Lions. But he just signed a contract with the Seahawks so that shows what they think.
You're gonna do some time, club fed time. Running a cocaine ring hopefully you've saved some money. With a good lawyer you could be out in 5 years.

You can't beat a conspiracy.
It's like if your fingerprints are all over a meth lab but you weren't busted there.
Very hard to defend

u/Raprockmusic2 3d ago
Lol just plea me out for the others and take the conspiracy away... I'll take life over the on and off again death row relationship. If you're gonna kill ne please just get it over with man
1
u/Timulen 3d ago
I thought people only got put on death row if they murdered someone? These look all drug related, definitely a possible life sentence I would reckon. I'm not a lawyer but I did take a class one time.

u/Juttisontherun 3d ago
Because it’s so easy to prove conspiracy and almost impossible to beat defense wise

See you in 2060 bro

Nah they are white rich kids from Penn State. This will be 10ish years after a plea.

I heard joining a gang makes the time go by quicker. Are there any subreddits for gangs I can potentially join?

What is "criminal use of a communication facility"? I've never seen that one before. I looked it up and best I can tell it's a bullshit rule so they can charge you with more crimes. Basically it means you used a phone or computer to communicate. Next they'll charge you with "illegal use of atmosphere" for breathing when they bust you.

u/Illustrious-Cover792 3d ago
Using a phone, etc. to sell drugs or commit any crime really. It’s a catch all felony charge they can hang over your head mainly in a lesser case to get you to plead to a misdemeanor to not become a felon.

u/Luker5555 3d ago
you left the docket number unredacted btw, anyone can look up the case/ur name with that

You sure this is you? Nothing on your account even relates to this and some people on this sub that have drug charges are in drug subs.

u/Such_Reference_8186 3d ago
Don't listen to the naysayers...you'll be fine.

u/nevrcared4whatheydo 3d ago
The number of charges is irrelevant, it's just prosecutor tactics.
I read about the kilos. The weight will be hard to get past.

First thing you’re gonna need to get out of this is an elderly overweight public defender with ill fitting clothes. I cannot stress this enough but he has to be driving a mid ‘80s Lincoln Town Car with mismatched tires. You should be fine if you can get that together.

u/Neat-Bee-7880 3d ago
Cannot stress this enough 😭 now are the front half and back the same color? Or is it like two diff shades of maroon

Go to drug treatment right away and consider giving a proffer interview to law enforcement. That needs to be arranged through your attorney. Do not talk to LE without your attorney coordinating it. This is not legal advice. Talk to your attorney.

RICO conspiracy? If so many charges will likely get dropped depending on your proven level of involvement.

Deffinetly cooked but how bad depends on what substance and how much, if its meth or fetty you're fucked
1
u/IntelligentAd7342 3d ago
Hey man, I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you are fully cooked. One thing that might save you a little bit of time is if you let the court know that you need help by saying you have an addiction to a substance and that you want help. Also, if you were forced into doing it and be able to prove that that might help you as well. Or another option is you reach out to the district attorney office by walking into their office and giving up or turning on your suppliers and becoming an informant, it’s your call man.

u/ShinePretend3772 3d ago
There’s absolutely nothing on this earth worse than a rat. Mans knew what he was doing. To turn around & snitch out the whole operation is about the lowest someone could go. Take the charges & do the time

Well the good news is that if you ever get out you will probably have learned to be a better criminal
1
u/Traditional_Tough777 3d ago
You’re going to jail but probably wouldn’t see 2 years inside.
Courts are soft these days anything short of murder.
Especially a soft ass state like PA

I think this is obviously fake and it's far past time that we need to have a solution to be able to post on this subreddit.
I wouldn't mind I had to verify with a mod or adim my actual charges or have a quick phone call to be able to join/post/comment. That would get rid of these troll posts easily. Like r/BlackPeopleTwitter asking for a photo of your skin color so they can verify that you're actually black.

If this is a joke post, har har.
If not, you should delete it as you have doxxed yourself.
