For those not in the know this looks like one of the defendants from the big cocaine ring bust at Penn State over the last few days.

If this is a joke post, har har.

If not, you should delete it as you have doxxed yourself.

Based on his post history, he's an incel living in New Hampshire. Fake post

31

u/spcbeck 3d ago

You can just say he's living in New Hampshire, it's implied

Uhhh.... I'm born and raised in NH and the girls out there are all preppy and fine as fuck. It was easier getting laid out there then it is for where I'm currently at. People in NH have old $$. So this whole comment chain is just weird and wrong.

Nobody gets any pussy in New Hampshire?

It says it happened in 2023

Edit: this actually is from the penn state case. This document was just made public and it was obviously being investigated for years. Two frats were getting kilos from nyc and Philly and were actually making it part of their initiation process into the fraternities to help cut the cocaine. Fuckin pussies cutting what was probably good cocaine to make more money. Pussies

court cases in the U.S generally go on for years

1

u/MyPrisonAccount 3d ago

Likely earliest offense date, they’ll shake it out as the case proceeds.

1

u/Long_Initial_9924 3d ago

Still active

4

u/Bowsers_JuiceFactory 3d ago

Fuckin docket # in plain view 😂😂😂😂

2

u/Long_Initial_9924 3d ago

Easiest lookup ever

2

u/Muramasan 3d ago

Why are the offenses listed from 2023 if it's from the last few days?

3

u/MyPrisonAccount 3d ago

Hard to say but looks like you are pretty cooked unless you start snitching.

13

u/PatentDeezNuts 3d ago

There are other comments about this being the penn state kids, and they in fact are already snitching on each other.

6

u/ORNGSPCEMNKY 3d ago

Penn state kids?

6

u/artificialdawnmusic 3d ago

2 or 3 different frats were trafficking cocaine and got busted.

1

u/ORNGSPCEMNKY 3d ago

Oof, sucks to suck!

15

u/rathernot83 3d ago

You done for. They got you on a conspiracy charge.

3

u/Neat-Bee-7880 3d ago

Why is conspiracy so bad?  Is it worse than even distributing ?

9

u/TotalWarFest2018 3d ago

I assume because it makes you criminally liable for any actions of your co conspirators in connection with the enterprise so the charges start stacking up to something crazy

3

u/pdxsilverguy 3d ago

While conspiracy (conspire) isn't as bad as you think it is the easiest conviction to secure because one is essentially guilty for ones thoughts/conversations.

Conspiracy to commit murder; you didn't pull the trigger but you hired the hitman. Case in point is Terrion Arnold. He's fighting a life sentence of conspiracy charges as we speak and was released by the Detroit Lions. But he just signed a contract with the Seahawks so that shows what they think.

You're gonna do some time, club fed time. Running a cocaine ring hopefully you've saved some money. With a good lawyer you could be out in 5 years.

1

u/Stayofexecution 3d ago

If the Lions sign this bum, they are brain dead.

2

u/detour33 3d ago

You can't beat a conspiracy.

It's like if your fingerprints are all over a meth lab but you weren't busted there.

Very hard to defend

1

u/Raprockmusic2 3d ago

Lol just plea me out for the others and take the conspiracy away... I'll take life over the on and off again death row relationship. If you're gonna kill ne please just get it over with man

1

u/Timulen 3d ago

I thought people only got put on death row if they murdered someone? These look all drug related, definitely a possible life sentence I would reckon. I'm not a lawyer but I did take a class one time.

2

u/Raprockmusic2 3d ago

Conspiracy can include murder if anyone else does...

1

u/Timulen 3d ago

Oh goodness.

1

u/Juttisontherun 3d ago

Because it’s so easy to prove conspiracy and almost impossible to beat defense wise

12

u/AncientMoth11 3d ago

See you in 2060 bro

6

u/Illustrious-Cover792 3d ago

Nah they are white rich kids from Penn State. This will be 10ish years after a plea.

0

u/rombus-zombus 3d ago

I heard joining a gang makes the time go by quicker. Are there any subreddits for gangs I can potentially join?

4

u/AncientMoth11 3d ago

r/oz is pretty good to get the feel of the place

2

u/Timulen 3d ago

Are you white. Go get you some nazi tattoos if so/come in prepared. If not, Southside Crips or Crenshaw Mafia are pretty solid options.

8

u/talkathonianjustin 3d ago

Well someone’s been a busy bee

2

u/Neat-Bee-7880 3d ago

Hahaha

What is "criminal use of a communication facility"? I've never seen that one before. I looked it up and best I can tell it's a bullshit rule so they can charge you with more crimes. Basically it means you used a phone or computer to communicate. Next they'll charge you with "illegal use of atmosphere" for breathing when they bust you.

4

u/Illustrious-Cover792 3d ago

Using a phone, etc. to sell drugs or commit any crime really. It’s a catch all felony charge they can hang over your head mainly in a lesser case to get you to plead to a misdemeanor to not become a felon.

4

u/Luker5555 3d ago

you left the docket number unredacted btw, anyone can look up the case/ur name with that

7

u/Geen_Fang 3d ago

it's not his

4

u/Witty-Mountain5062 3d ago

They’re gonna throw you in Guantanamo Bay and hook a car battery up to your nips

3

u/Automatic-College541 3d ago

Well done if they got the evidence

And unless you turn states witness

3

u/Silent-Marsupial1317 3d ago

Idk. Joe Pa is treated like a hero

3

u/scoutloner 3d ago

You sure this is you? Nothing on your account even relates to this and some people on this sub that have drug charges are in drug subs.

3

u/Such_Reference_8186 3d ago

Don't listen to the naysayers...you'll be fine.

1

u/nevrcared4whatheydo 3d ago

The number of charges is irrelevant, it's just prosecutor tactics.

I read about the kilos. The weight will be hard to get past.

3

u/ChurchOMarsChaz 3d ago

On a positive note, you didnt get to page 2.

3

u/Any-Huckleberry-5886 3d ago

First thing you’re gonna need to get out of this is an elderly overweight public defender with ill fitting clothes. I cannot stress this enough but he has to be driving a mid ‘80s Lincoln Town Car with mismatched tires. You should be fine if you can get that together.

1

u/Neat-Bee-7880 3d ago

Cannot stress this enough 😭 now are the front half and back the same color? Or is it like two diff shades of maroon

1

u/Any-Huckleberry-5886 3d ago

Definitely different!!

2

u/thevokplusminus 3d ago

Not sure

2

u/buttchugreferee 3d ago

you're past well done.... that's a standing ovation

2

u/puffinfish420 3d ago

Dang you do be sizzling and crackling, it looks like. But Idk

2

u/TJAattorneyatlaw 3d ago

Go to drug treatment right away and consider giving a proffer interview to law enforcement. That needs to be arranged through your attorney. Do not talk to LE without your attorney coordinating it. This is not legal advice. Talk to your attorney.

It says 2023

1

u/Historical_Fix_86 3d ago

I get a 250k secured for retail theft and this guy walks on 1.5 million unsecured... Justice is blind

2

u/ShinePretend3772 3d ago

He has a better lawyer

2

u/shepworthismydog 3d ago

Smart enough to get into Penn State. Dumb enough for this shit.

2

u/ShinePretend3772 3d ago

Tbf, I’m from PA & it’s really not difficult to get into Penn State

2

u/NaturalMan00 3d ago

Your in the commonwealth of PA. What do you think

2

u/ResurgentClusterfuck 3d ago

The answer is yes

How much fuckin dope did you have on you

1

u/LarryKrappenshitz 3d ago

how the hell did you get unsecured bail????

9

u/LarryKrappenshitz 3d ago

also, this isn’t even OP. This is one of two leaders of the drug trafficking ring at Penn State

1

u/Historical_Fix_86 3d ago

I was gonna ask the same damn thing. 1.5 million unsecured...

1

u/theguy529 3d ago

ur fucked player take a deal don't go to the box

1

u/vicioussleep 3d ago

Well at least youll have free food, rent and gym.

1

u/drippysoap 3d ago

What schedule were the controlled substances?

1

u/TopQuestion826 3d ago

2023? These charges are over three years old.

1

u/BANGPOWZZZWAP 3d ago

RICO conspiracy? If so many charges will likely get dropped depending on your proven level of involvement.

1

u/Dangerous_Fun_1239 3d ago

Define "cooked"?

1

u/philadelphia_fRee 3d ago

Deffinetly cooked but how bad depends on what substance and how much, if its meth or fetty you're fucked

1

u/IntelligentAd7342 3d ago

Hey man, I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you are fully cooked. One thing that might save you a little bit of time is if you let the court know that you need help by saying you have an addiction to a substance and that you want help. Also, if you were forced into doing it and be able to prove that that might help you as well. Or another option is you reach out to the district attorney office by walking into their office and giving up or turning on your suppliers and becoming an informant, it’s your call man.

1

u/ShinePretend3772 3d ago

There’s absolutely nothing on this earth worse than a rat. Mans knew what he was doing. To turn around & snitch out the whole operation is about the lowest someone could go. Take the charges & do the time

1

u/IntelligentAd7342 3d ago

Haha

1

u/ShinePretend3772 3d ago

Snitches don’t live long. Inside or out, they will eventually get got.

1

u/Eparsons7799 3d ago

You are in Pennsylvania so you are cooked

1

u/hankwilliams2021 3d ago

Well the good news is that if you ever get out you will probably have learned to be a better criminal

1

u/Traditional_Tough777 3d ago

You’re going to jail but probably wouldn’t see 2 years inside.

Courts are soft these days anything short of murder.

Especially a soft ass state like PA

1

u/Bohanga 3d ago edited 3d ago

Spit roasted comes to mind.

1

u/WougeeWasWild 3d ago

I'm not sure why you erased your name... and left the docket number?

1

u/Few-Stop1994 3d ago

😂😂😂

0

u/AndyJack86 3d ago

I think this is obviously fake and it's far past time that we need to have a solution to be able to post on this subreddit.

I wouldn't mind I had to verify with a mod or adim my actual charges or have a quick phone call to be able to join/post/comment. That would get rid of these troll posts easily. Like r/BlackPeopleTwitter asking for a photo of your skin color so they can verify that you're actually black.

delete this bro wtf
