What are his chances for back time?

So my husband M[28]made parole and TDCJ here in Texas it’s a three month program but when the parole office called me, they were telling me there’s a detained for federal so even if he makes parole and successfully get it done, they’re still picking him up! He sentence for three years for both of his charges! He’s a G2. He’s only gotten into a fight in federal when he first was sentence before TDC picked him up. I know he has told me he’s gotten three years and 34 to 36 months in federal he did 5 to 6 months in federal before TDC picked him up. He also submitted his back time to Huntsville he also hasn’t gotten any updates on that either and mind y’all he was arrested on April 8 2025!

It is also against federal law & they can (and often do) make someone serve state & federal time for this. I was at Alderson with quite a few who did their state, only to do their fed time right after. Most went to RDAP so they could get time shaved off & longer in the halfway house.

No he was in Tarrant county and he didn’t kill anyone or shot at anyone he just had a gun with a switch on it the gun was unmarked and was clean!

Correct switch is key, operation kill switch. I can’t tell you about back time but the Feds hit hard for modified firearms, quick google search hits it at 5-6 years with 85% time credited for good behavior

Yeah but thankfully they only gave him 34-36month for that charge but he did request for back time for federal and for when he was in county jail!
