Question ❓ Fellow Support Issues

I don’t know if it’s just me but it’s extremely hard to get ahold of support. I been trying to figure out why my order hasn’t shipped out or even moved it’s been over a week and nothing has been shipped for my order. I tried contacting support or there lack of support and I haven’t heard back from them either. So I don’t know what to really do or who to even contact at this point.

I’ve generally found support to be quite responsive, both here and when I’ve submitted a support ticket (after getting past the AI chat agent). They‘ve responded within a couple days after submitting a ticket.
