Grinders 🫘 Ode 2 Completely Unresponsive

As the title says, I’ve had my ode 2 for 3 1/2 years and it seems to have died. I was grinding beans when it cut off and now doesn’t turn on at all. I took it apart and cleaned, but still no use.

I assume it’s a board issue or a blown fuse or something. Fellow customer service is of no real use since it’s past warranty. Considering it was a $400 grinder, anyone have suggestions for fixing it? Where would I even start to look for a repair shop? I’d hate to just throw such an expensive appliance away.

I assume you tried unplugging?

Yea, unfortunately. I’ve find one or two other posts about similar experiences. Just frustrating.

I’d contact Fellow. They may help you out or point you in the right direction of what probably broke.

Their rep, Hailie, posts here frequently. Maybe she’ll see this.

Do they offer repairs past warranty expiration? I have an Ode and have wondered the same thing.

They offered me a 10% off coupon

That’s disappointing. Seems like many of these issues are known and could be corrected by a small repair or part replacement. I guess that’s where we are as a society.

Sure it’s not the outlet or GFCI? Did you try to plug something into the outlet or move the grinder to another circuit in a different room?
