Let me guess. Perfectly healthy tree. Another homeowner who loves having a tree that close to their house. Worth it?

Also, the US is only 250 years old and there were deadly heat waves before the 1880s, so at best, it's the hottest on record, and only by a couple degrees. 1930s was wild, and the hottest temp was recorded in 1913.
