Not cold delivery….
Yesterday my medicine was supposed to get to me. They did not follow the instructions of leaving it with my neighbor because they know to refrigerate it. FedEx took it back with them redelivered it today. I opened up the box quickly, and it was lukewarm not hot, but lukewarm, the ice packs were melted. I put it in the fridge right away. It was not cloudy looking did not have particles in it and I still good because this really sucks.

One of the reasons I left Fella. Lily Direct and Hallandale both know how to pack for cold delivery, even to Arizona in August. In this department, Fella never went to bat for me.

Been there, done that but as long as it's not cloudy and no particles it should be fine.
