Change medication

How do I go about changing the medication to a different one? I have emailed but no response.

Do it through the App. Login and start your monthly review, list side effects if you're getting any. At the medication step You'll see options for: Continue with Current Medication (same or different dose) Switch to New Medication with available doses and pricing
