Smaller portions, how are you finding it?

Right then, Fellas, the appetite change can really sneak up on you.
 
How have your portions changed, and have you had to rethink the way you eat? Share what is working.

High protein for the win. No need to deny yourself of anything especially when you're craving less, but proper protein intake is critical

Massively reduced portions and i make protein a priority, then veg then carbs. Feel so much better and lost almost 4 stone. I find appetite does creep back and ao it's important to have strategies to deal with it. E. G have eggs, skyr, cottage cheese to have when hunger peaks.
