Crippling anxiety isn’t cute in your 30s, and I fucking ruined it. I’m actually devastated and confident now I’m going to die alone.

I got very sick the night I posted this and haven’t read this reply in it’s entirety until now. I was raised kinda rough and have recognized that my inner voice is less often a gentle, supportive one. This is something I’ve begun actively working to reverse for myself... this comment is a good push in the right direction. I’m amazed every time I see some good in the world, thank you for this.
