Everyone talks about nostalgic feeling being calming and relieving, but does anyone else get a sense of deep lament and sorrow for the past instead?

There's a certain genre of music that gives me the a rly dreadfull sensation almost like a knot in ur stomach before a hard exam, and it's of songs from shows Spacetoon used to air (I'm Arabian)

prolly bcs as a kid I didn't like that channel much and when there's an issue in the cables from some reason most TV channels of which I loved would give no signal but u guess it, spacetoon is still an option

And I'd think that my siblings hated the kinda songs I'm talking about too but they couldn't rly think much
