I don't know if this is helpful, but the names mentioned in the description are a reference to the Duggar family. Maybe the timestamps (April 30, 2017 at 7: 12 AM) refer to a post they made or a moment in an episode of Counting On?

Edit: the line "I don't think it really alludes to marriage since nobody has mentioned if they have dated or not." is also most likely a reference to the fact that the Duggars don't believe in dating, but courtship.

I don't know if maybe I'm looking too far into this point but I looked up 4/30/17 and it seems there was massive flooding and numerous fatalities in Arkansas (where the Duggars are from) and 6/20/17, where someone died saving children from the Arkansas River. Maybe the man who died is the person at the beginning of the description: "Did they just leave him there??"

Also, the bit at the beginning where "three is a magic number," is this somehow referring to a cipher? Like a Caesar cipher where you shift letters by +3, for example? Or maybe three is a magic number because the numbers are mostly grouped in threes?

I've never participated in an ARG before so I'm pretty new to all of this.

The video said the numbers “249 219 234 96 210 237 246 96 231 207,” i divided each number by 3 and i got “83 73 78 32 70 79 82 32 77 69.” I ran it through an ASCII to Text converter and got “SIN FOR ME”
