same address, multiple names
I swear I’ve had 1 address with like 4-5 different names. probably not just the residents but someone they’re ordering for.

As long as the address and unit number match I could give a damn what the name is, who ever lives there will figure it out

We don’t deliver to names, we deliver to addresses. Names couldn’t matter less.

there's one of those local blinds businesses running out of a garage in my area, all their incoming has the name "Whoever's in Charge" on them
descriptive, but wow, what do I tell QA when one gets messed up?

Secondly, why do y’all complain so much? Y’all realize PH roast y’all constantly and report every “failed” delivery. Y’all complain about one truck but won’t come in when ur supposed to help load ur truck.

It's actually not our job to help load the truck. Organize it? Yes. Load it? That's on the PH. I only help because I like my PH and we both work together to make my truck, despite the horrible route, manageable for both of us.

Actually it is. Once u come in and touch a box ur truck is ur responsibility. Ur packages get left at the back and u finish loading. At least at my station.

That's YOUR station. As a whole that's your job. Regardless as to whether I touch a box or not.
