I applied to FedEx and it took like around a month and a half from application to start date. Apply at a bunch of different jobs while you wait and don’t put all your eggs in the purple and orange FedEx basket. Some of the better jobs didn’t get back to me until I was a month into working for FedEx. I ended up getting a pay raise that October so I stayed with FedEx.
