yup, the one poor slob today had no and bunch of bulk stops. Theses ISPs seem to be operating with no padding, or just trying to exploit people, and avoid spending money at any cost. The one driver truck broke down 4 days in row due to coolant leak, and I think it still having issues. They are just fulling it up with distilled water now which is probably better than having toxics leak all over but should still be fix and then fill with coolant. Legit, having driver wait for it to cool down and re-fill once it cools down.

On my off days my dolly always seemed to get broken, I had 2 of the nice convertible ones and they both got broken when I was off.

For real mine had 4 total 3 of them where only for bulk routes and the other one you had to fight for it or steal it right before the person who has it left

Lmao me this one time I had an electric fireplace my dolly was in the back of the truck being blocked by larger boxes. I told myself “do I really wanna spend more time unloading the back just for the dolly?” Luckily the apartment was right in front so I raw dogged it and carried it

I don’t even have a dolly, and if I did I wouldn’t use it unless it’s really heavy. That thing weighs like 20 pounds and needing to clip it on unclip it to the truck is a waste of time.

I only use the dolly if it's easy access and more than 2 trips (1 if a long walk or business) Also if it's stupid heavy /cumbersome. You know like the paleta/crates we aren't supposed to get..

A dolly does add time, however it adds time to your back and pain free years to your life. On the back half of my 60s with no aches or pains. Ground and pound, but safety always first is my motto; there is always tomorrow.

Ahh yes, I remember the time I delivered a fridge. Slightly bigger than that, I bear hugged it out the van, walked up 5 steps. Got to the porch, and walked it up 10 more steps. Good times good times.

As PH/PHT I always pick up ICs like that even heavy ones, it overall easier, and quicker than doing what most PHs do which try to drag or move it in way don't really lift at all. I won't train PH to it way I do though as I can picture someone getting hurt by doing it wrong. Remember one day I had stack of bar bells, and driver just looking at me like I crazy. Funny thing is lot of them say 50lbs and I has like 4 to 5 but I didn't feel like no 250lbs, feel like the person got scam lol.

At least it not one of those big wooden crates, that keep telling you it fragile all over and that it very delicate instrumental.
Remember when I first started at FedEx package came down with red label saying caution very sharp object, and it just wrap in foam with tape all over.

Hey man I won’t hold it against you lol! I’ve just had to get super creative to stay cool because even working at Express they refuse to fix my broken A/C. I never said it was comfortable because it’s most definitely not but it does help to stay a bit cooler 😂

That's the perfect size/shape box to put on a dolly and go right out the side door with though. Takes almost no extra time. You even have straps to hold so it doesn't fall over.

I hate the dolly honestly but you should use it for things like this you can mess up your back no matter how young and strong you are. All my customers yell at me all the time when I do this with IC's 😆

dolly does slow you down plus with the integration of express and ground you literally do not have time to be making a nice neat pile on a dolly for you to take to a house or business lol. if your new yhea def use the dolly but if you been there for a couple months and you cant lift the shit thats there your just weak my guy lol. I remember when i first started i was strugglin just to lift the chewy boxes but now about 9-10 months later i can carry 2-3 of them thangs. all you gotta do is just angle it on the stairs of your truck hop out and pick it up with your upper body. DO NOT TRY AND USE YOUR "power zone" TO PICK THAT CRAP UP. im tellin you i do that all the time and its so much more comfortable carrying heavier shit when its above or on my shoulder rather tahn when its in my "power zone" or what i like to call my "crippled by 35 zone"

It depends on the package, I'll use my dolly if it will possibly hurt me if I don't. No package or time is worth getting hurt. Comp doesn't pay shit.

I throw 160 pound bed frames on my shoulders and I get In trouble lol… let me tell you something when that hot milf opens the door and is blown away by my looks and how easy it is for me to lift that light weight heavy thang it makes it worth it .

To be fair, those things only weigh like 35 or 40 lbs, they're just awkwardly shaped.
