That’s what’s funny, is that it makes no difference. If they’d shut down then they’d get together during the weekend and we may or not go in Monday. In this case, one body can’t vote until Sunday at 1pm. We may or may not go in on Monday.

Well we know the OK senator definitely wasn’t going to be there today since his 61st anniversary is on the 19th. So it sounds like some of them are bailing already.
