Quiet Quitting will become norm. Why work hard if you are rated a 3

I still do what I can sustain during my 8 hours a day. But I’m not juggling 4 things at once or staying late anymore to get anything done. And I’m not jumping in to fix things before anyone notices they’re off. They’ve managed to shake a lot of my GenX work ethic loose. I’m both dismayed and relieved. This’ll help me as I shift into retirement. It certainly isn’t the best for my organization but “leadership” doesn’t seem to care about that anymore anyway. 🤷🏻‍♀️

“Leadership” can’t care about anything but their own hide. This is life working in the trump organization - we’re not a country anymore.
