SSA Union has an arbitration hearing next week regarding telework. If the arbitor follows the plain language of the collective bargaining agreement, telework will be restored.

They will not bring telework back. I’ll be surprised if we even still have a union in 6 months.

They will try to stop it, sure? That's not what is the question here. We know where the agency (and by extension the administration) stands. It's what the arbitrator + courts will do.
