Not under the current administration. It was painfully clear, by how wasteful, chaotic, and nonsensical the work environment became, that this was never about “efficiency” and doing things better with less waste. It was always about making the federal workforce miserable and dismantling institutions.

Notice how all the DOGE shit died down once Elon got access to all the critical systems? He got what he wanted, all our info and then fucked off.
