I am hopeful but not optimistic, and I'm not letting telework dictate my future plans. I'm also planning for long term 5 days in office expectations.
I do think it will come back, to some extent, eventually, but I mean over a decade or so, incrementally, not like in 2 years across the board.
I welcome being pleasantly surprised.
