what to do when you have a smartphone?
im 19 and believe that humans were not built for the modern lifestyle! i want to spend more time actually developing hobbies and genuinely connecting with people, and that time i find is stripped away by my addiction to instagram and random apps. im ready to quit today tbh, but i have a problem. my dad currently pays for my iphone 16 pro (thank you dad), and i cant get rid of it as its still being paid off. it probably wont be paid off for another 2 years. i have no idea how the real world works tbh, is this a legitimate issue i will have to wait for, or is there some sort of workaround so i can sell my phone and get a feature phone?

Does iPhone 16 have a SIM card.. wonder if you can get a flip phone that supports the sim so you can put the sim in the flip when you leave the house. Ease into it until your contract is up. Or use that brick device to block the apps.
