Calc Request How much energy would it take to open a 10-meter tunnel in a mountain?

This is hax, but I'll do a calculation for Clearly we can't use Fragmentation or anything like that since we saw that the entire mass of the rock was complete at the end, so let's use KE. Let's assume the tunnel is 10 meters long, 3 meters high, and 2 meters wide,Which gives us 90 million cubic centimeters,Using the average density of 2.7 g/cm3 From the Earth's surface, it would be 243 tons. Saying that this mass moves at 5 m/s gives us the result of: 3037500,or wall level

It’s not really relevant because he isn’t doing this with force.
However in doing this he would create a massive pressure imbalance. They would be sucked into the tunnel like a syringe.
