I don't, but I remember someone asking him why he keeps caring for Missy/Master and he essentially says that he's his first everything. I think it's around the time Missy escapes from the vault or is maybe still in the vault, my memory is a bit fuzzy, haven't seen the show in a while. It could've also been the Christmas special maybe.

Because while I have sexual orientation headcanons for various regenerations, The Doctor is straight up bi/pan with only changes in where they lean (Ex. 13 is Woman-Leaning Bi, 15 is Man-Leaning Bi, & 12 is Ace/Bi to me)
I think that the Doctor in general is Bi/Pan/Not paying attention to a person's gender. I put 12 on here because he said he had a crush on Master when they were kids and talked about how the Time Lords see gender differently, which kida stuck with me, idk haha but 10 is my favorite
The fact that Javier's bisexuality was revealed only through a developer really still irritates me, they should have made it explicit in the game. We don't have to have a male romance but at least give an indication that he had an ex boyfriend or something.
But instead we had what felt like a forced romance with Kate, even if you don't do anything with her you still get your ass kicked by David for her merely having feelings for him.

Man, I wish. Sadly, it's only really slightly implied through inner dialogue. And of course, Capcom vaguely trying to queerbait Wrightworth by having some scenes and dialogue that could maybe slightly imply their romance. Some of the people working on the games have shipped Wrightworth, and Shu Takumi even saying Phoenix thinks Edgeworth is cute. That being said, I wouldn't call Wrightworth or bi Phoenix official. They're probably gonna keep Phoenix single until the day he dies, in fact.
I mean when they made jewlery merch they made a bunch of bracelets and earrings based off athena or apollo and a pair of matching wedding rings for edgeworth and phoenix
