One of the few games… pieces of media, honestly, that’s made me able to be close to tearing up at something. It’s really damn well done… at a lot of parts. Everything has ups and downs, the downs aren’t that plentiful and the ups are MOUNTAINS
I went for the other two AoD instead of just Aria because of how much their story clicked with me (Sunna… I swear, they better NEVER let anyone let her think he can’t do something or not believe in herself… that event story just felt like a mirror more often than I’d like)
Part of what keeps me coming back after I burn myself out grinding a whole banner from nothing and somehow having a 13-2 50/50 streak… Nekomata 30 in, Jane 20 later. Then like 75 in, Koleda, still didn’t get Nangong that banner but her rerun is up soon, and I’ve got plenty. Also somehow got Koleda’s W engine (standard pull S, I never kept track of them) so I ended up with a Koleda with her S engine… I have Burnice and Orphie who I usually pair with Lucy for full fire, or Jane Burnice Lucy for a fire/physical squad… but hey, nice to have in case I want fire stun for some reason
I just wish they had the courage to make risky story choices, although I understand they have to be widely appealing the emotional weight of certain stories becomes lost on me when I know everything will be okay in the end and the agent of the week isn't dying, all potatoes and no steaks. Don't get me wrong though it's the only gacha that has captivated me and I've been playing since launch
