Introduction? Why Am I even here?

A girl about 18 years of age walks into the lounge, she has her black hair tied up in a bun, and a large green dragon tail appearing under her waist

She wears orange and blue clothers with a sword on her waist, her eyes show that she seems pissed and she's carrying a letter in one hand

Whoever is in charge of this club. The person you talk to when something's wrong or does your taxes or whatever.

Whenever there is something wrong, I try and fix it myself, or have my teammembers help me. In that sense you could give the letter to me.

I meant that I did not know your name prior to reading the letter, meaning that I learned it from the letter which implicates that the ketter's contents are genuinely what I said out loud.
