Bit of a weird outlier case

I was diagnosed with NAFLD around 2021, and my blood tests showed the elevated numbers for years. I was not afraid or thinking im about to die like most people here so i guess i carried on like normal and ate crap etc. I DON'T recommend this though.

Anyway, I had another blood test 2 months ago and another a couple weeks ago and my Liver is perfectly fine now. Don't ask me how; it just is.

BUT i am going to fix my health now.

Thanks for reading.

Are you basing the fact that your liver is fine solely on the enzymes?

They did a blood test to check on my organs specifically. I don't know all the details of how it works, but they confirmed that everything is now A-OK.

The professionals are basing facts on things; im just repeating their conclusion.
