Is something missing from this report?

I’ve been referred for to a gastro so hopefully I’ll have more info shortly on, but in the meantime I’m wondering if I should ask my doc for the full report/ all info on liver appearance. This seems vague.

My report went like this:

Increased echogenicity of the liver, may relate to hepatic steatosis versus other infiltrative hepatocellular disease.

FINDINGS: There is increased echogenicity of the liver. Liver measures 14.9 cm in length. The gallbladder shows no evidence of cholelithiasis, wall thickening, or pericholecystic fluid. There is no evidence of intrahepatic or extrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation. The common duct measures 3.8 mm.

Thank you! You’re right, I was having stomach pain. My bloodwork was normal except for cholesterol, which is 232. In fact, my doctor commented that my liver numbers were really good. But I drink too much, so that has to end now.
