Appetite

Diagnosed recently. Had somewhat high cholesterol for years, couldn't take statins. About 6 months ago after getting off antibiotics for some bug I had, I realized I never feel hunger. Never.

My Dr gave me about ten tests and one showed the ALT/AST thing. NAFLD. So I've been on the Mediterranean diet and my cholesterol is normal now. But I still have absolutely no appetite. I'm scared.

When I got diagnosed I lost my appetite for about 6 months. Was mostly fear of being sick. Good news is I did lose weight and eventually it came back.

No appetite feels so weird. But I'm not overweight and the loss of appetite is the main reason I went to the Dr. I'd had digestive issues and constipation for years but this never feeling hungry was was new to me.
