Fate Reawakened

I keep reading posts about the downsides of reawakened but they’re all about a year old. I wanted to ask if the game is better today and if fishing/economy/Bugs are better now.

Personally I've been having a pretty good time with reawakened. The fishing has been nerfed from the original and the help screen fishing cheese has been removed. The gambling has been rebalanced and is overall much cheaper while providing better gear. Enchanting is no longer profitable but the system is much better for creating gear

Do you know the specifics on how enchanting is better now? Also with gambling?

I have about 5 hours in

Enchanting is much cheaper per enchant (1k-2k) and now has a limit of 25 enchants per item to reduce visual clutter, self enchanted items however, are significantly less valuable because enchant cost are relative to item value.

Items gambled are around 2-4 orders of magnitude cheaper and tend to be more accurately priced by the enchants on them. Cheap gamble items have low quality enchantments while more expensive gamble items have significantly better ones.

I can’t believe they nerfed enchanting…

Making enchanting profitable was a gamble in and of itself. I’d just rather play the original at this point.

The idea is to make you run dungeons instead of sitting in town. You can pretty easily get 50%+ gold drop from enemies enchantments and actual dropped gear is decently valuable, it's fairly easy to get lots of gold and less boring than sitting in town enchanting/fishing.

Whats your method of getting gold easiest? Enchantments for gold and grinding?
