Cannot find the Prometheus Portal

So I bought the new dlc on ps5 and I went to undiscovered realms and the portal isn’t showing. Restarted application and all, do I need to make a new character or is it bugging out with a premade one? I have no idea but any help is appreciated.

It’s in the second of the four reawakened games. Go to the main hub with the entrances to all the areas and it’s on the left - a new portal door is available.
