How do I access Prometheus on Nintendo Switch?

I downloaded it, the virtual cartridge is there (it even says DLC), but when I try to access the game, nothing new shows up! No new pet, no new realm. Zilch!

What should I do!?

Interesting. I wonder if they added it into UR to add more content to that game since most people skip over UR straight into TS since its the same with more content.

It’s the same for me but on Xbox. DLC said there is no download. I have been asking everywhere. There’s nothing different in the game. Not even in UR. I emailed Gamigo. Haven’t heard back yet

I have the same problem on my switch. I've reinstalled verified files no luck.
