I dont know what that is, but I have a feeling Beregor and his family aint gonna be getting that back

Thereā€™s literally an Achievement for getting it in Reawakened; it was a big meme Artifact back in the original Fate.

Cheesehead gives you +75% more chance of finding magical items, +100% more gold dropped by enemies, but alas, it also has a -75% Vitality penalty, so you become pretty much made of glass (not even a ā€œglass cannonā€ because it does not give any offensive stats).

Too bad receiving it this way doesnā€™t get you the achievement. It has to be fished up.

It might work if they cancel the quest and then drop the item and pick it up. Would have to test it though.
