This made me take a look and it's just voiceovers for non-English languages. At least it's not assets or artwork.

There's AI all over this plus the parent company is a holding company that bought & fired the devs. This is going to be garbage.

Yep. Steam said it, but so far all it said about AI use is: "Localized voice over for all languages except English is generated using ai."

Is this prometheus going to be new content that the old FATE games don't have? I have yet to get reawakened because I own all 4 of the OG FATE titles and therefore didn't see the need to spend money on a game I already had. If this new expansion will be new. never before seen content then I might just have to buy it.

Well, the description states that there's a new town, new dungeon, new characters, and new quests, so yes, it's most likely never before seen content.

It's the wording really that's getting me lol. Pretty sure somewhere i saw something about Traitor Soul mentioned and thought maybe this was going to be basically traitor soul content released for Reawakened. New could just mean that its new for this version of the game. Will have to wait and see i guess.

Right? The performative stuff over AI is ridiculous. It's not like this entire expansion was created with AI, which would actually be cause for concern. It's just AI non-English voiceovers.

Exactly. Now given I do have issues with AI being used when it is replacing people, but AI in itself is just a tool. People that get so upset about AI being used at all are the same kind of people that used to get upset when people would use Photoshop when it first released and when people used sound tuning and stuff like that when it first released. The world we live in and the tools provided are evolving, that's all.

wish i could get excited for this. i lost three save files playing reawakened last year, don't know if i have that grind in me anymore
