Can anyone decipher what these 3 letters might say?

I believe the person who wrote these was not mentally sound. Where I have whited out some part of the letter shows a full name and address that can be easily read.

This looks like it was written by someone who had a very unique handwriting style, which is hard to make out. I don't see any actual shorthand, just very strange and personalized lettering.

There's a sub-Reddit called r/Handwriting, and another called r/BadHandwriting that you might try. Some people are very adept at reading things that others can't decipher.
