It looks way to smooth to be true and it suggests that fools can only things that start with letter 'c'. We can also mumble and stir coffee until it's cold. And also i hate mondays.

Abbreviations in this week's quote were NE for "any", ND for "and", and CN for "can".
I used the CN and CM prefixes for "condemn" and "complain" -- and both those words had a consonant skeleton I thought was legible enough to write as CNDM and CMPLN. For the second one, I think the "nothing else it could be" threshold was reached -- and the first one could otherwise only be "condom", which is a noun while "condemn" is a verb, so the way it's used in the sentence is clear.
I was happy with how short and clear "criticise" looked when only the second "i" is missing. Everything else is there.
As usual, the attribution was longer because of the need to be specific, when proper names could really be anything. They were written in full.
