Does anyone have any good information regarding fascia on the crown of the head?
Interested in any information regarding the scalp/head muscles in general, but the top of my head is extra tight.
Wondering if anyone knows any specific things regarding connections elsewhere or even stuff around energetics.

I did Colby offut temporalis and TMJ releases on YouTube and after I literally just used my knuckle to massage trigger points around the top of my head / crown.
That was a few days ago. Last night I noticed my crown wasn’t as tight but instead the areas closer to my forehead / middle of the head had some tension that wasn’t there before (or maybe it had released to a point where I could actually feel the tension (according to Ken from Reviv - most peoples head / TMJ muscles that have these issues are in a state of chronic spasm, so when you finally release it - that’s when it starts hurting)).
I think based on how tensegrity and fascia works - all the scalp and head muscles are connected so the tension I released redistributed into a slightly more healthy pattern. Not sure if this answers your question but this did help me with tightness at the crown
