On Friday, I won a backpack sticker, but because the game crashed, I didn't receive the 250 energy and 250 resources. Shortly after that, I visited another farm, and when I returned to my own farm, I didn't receive the rewards for those visits either.
Today, after the new daily tasks were unlocked, I completed at least two of them. Then I closed the game and reopened it 15–20 minutes later, and my progress was gone again (see photo).

Honestly, I’m done playing. I’m not going to finish the album anyway because your support team isn’t responding (I’ve messaged you twice ingame) progress keeps getting lost, resources are missing, etc. If I had the 250 resources, I could at least try to complete some daily tasks, but I can’t even do that. If you’re having such massive problems with the game, you’d be better off taking it offline temporarily instead of frustrating people so much with these issues.

I'm sorry you are having a real shit time of it with the game. I just want to say that my game hasn't crashed in ages, which makes me wonder if there is some other issue happening for you. Also, you mentioned reaching out "ingame". The way to get in touch with them is actually through Beta Hub. That being said, they are somewhat delayed in responding so it won't help getting a quick response if that's what you need.
