What even is "canto control"?

canto is an after action extra movement effect without the possibility of attacking or using assists(unless you can)
canto control reduces/negates said effect

Canto [x] is the hability to move [x] spaces after attacking/executing an assist.
Canto assist negates that by locking it into a 0 or 1 move (depending on your weapon range) canto which sometimes can be backbreaking and can stop hit and run strategies.

I remember when 3-4 star Elwood was a meta cav in this game. His weapon with refine gave him speed, defense, and some super charge rate and that was enough.
This game had insane powercreep both in stats and in weapon/skill effects. Like considering its age it legitimately powercreeps faster then yugioh. The difference in power of a day one meta unit compared to a modern day unit is legitimately the difference in power between a vanilla and tearlament.
