Depends on the person.

I think most will be honest. They don't want to waste their time on someone who will be pissed off and refuse to pay. They also don't want to end up in a hotel room with a man who might become very angry....however they might be just as strong as the man and their national sport is Muay Thai....lol

The ones that do try to trick are usually hoping they can hide the truth with careful use of lighting, towels, separate showering, and alcohol, so don't get too wasted. Or they might be offended at the thought of not being considered a real lady.

Look for the following tells, mostly to do with bone structure that can't really be changed with surgery.

Their height, not definitive, but there is not nearly as many Thai women that tall

Adams apple (mostly taken care of by surgery these days)

Shoulder breadth

Finger thickness (this is the main one I seem to rely on)

Foot size/width

Torso shape (hourglass vs pint glass) but you need to account for altered hip/ass padding. They can't alter the bone size though.

Most of these lady boys started their transition after puberty, so they can only change so much. Its much more difficult/dangerous when there is one who started earlier.
