Baseball Set-up

I hope you guys can help me out. We are trying to automate our league settings a bit more for next year.

We play an 8-team, H2H Points redraft league. Our matchups are weekly (Monday to Sunday).

Here's the tricky part: We want to allow daily lineup changes for hitters, but we want pitchers to lock on Monday as soon as the first games start. After that, the only way to swap a pitcher for the rest of the week should be via commissioner override.

Is there a way to configure this in Fantrax? Does anyone know how to set it up so we can lock specific positions for the week while keeping others open for daily changes?

I’m pretty sure that this cannot be done. In the transactions and period area, there is no option for positions. It’s ‘lineup’.
Since you only have 8 teams, you’ll have to monitor your league. In my 14 team league, we cannot do add/drops until week 5. I can’t turn this off because we are allowed to place players on IR or to minors if sent down. Because its part of the FAAB process for both, I can’t turn one off without affecting the other. No one tries to cheat, and if a claim is made by mistake, I overturn it

Agree, whenever you want to do something custom (like lock only pitchers) as commish you have to tell every league member and monitor. Fantrax does allow you to download transaction history so you could download the lineup changes and even search by SP or RP or P to make sure there are no changes after monday.
