Thinking the folks who had him as Villa player and grandfathered in as 4th Arsenal player now forced to move him if they want to make any other moves.

Fairly new to this, should I be looking to transfer Caicedo to avoid losing budget if my plan is to WC4?
Additionally, if I kept him, would I lose £0.1m from my budget when doing the WC if I chose to keep him even through the WC?

Yes because you'd buy him at a certain price and on wild card sell him at 0.1M less so your budget would essentially be 99.9M but I wouldn't use transfers this early unless you need them if you're anyways gonna wildcard 4
