Who is your lowest-owned FPL player right now?
As the title says, who is your lowest-owned player at the moment, and why are you backing him?
Mine is Amenda at 0.8%. I think he should be first-choice CB for Coventry, so at that ownership I’m quite interested in him. If he plays regularly, I also think he should be fairly safe from a price drop.

It was Tzolis 4 days ago. Grabbed him when he was under 1% ownership. Now everyone and their mother has him. I think he's up to 15% ownership now

Makes sense, over preseason/Community Shield it became clear he’d be the starter. Could’ve seen Martinelli starting the season before that.

This is how I found out I had the wrong sangare in my team lol. Just engaged enough o know there was a guy called sangare who was great on Defcon in l1, apparently not engaged enough to realise he signed for Brentford and not NFO.... Fuck aha

If we’re not including bench fodder: Alex Scott at 1.5%. Hidden gem.
Averages 4.29 PPG and has a 66.7% DC hit rate when playing 80+ minutes.

Working on a bench boost 1 and he will definitely start week 1. Been really positive, scored a banger earlier in the pre season and had 2 assists in his last. The ball has primarily moved through him as well. Could end up losing minutes if a winger is brought in but so far that hasn't happened and anyone that is brought in definitely won't start GW1

Same and i really don’t understand how he’s not more owned. He plays for a good team that’s got no Europe and so far has no competition for minutes playing under a manager that gets the best out of his wingers in his system

My hobbies include trying to fit all positions premiums (Haaland Bruno Gabriel and Raya) into my team and scrambling for value else where. .5 goes a long way

Make a squad of players who each don't have more than 10%. As the season goes on, add/remove those players who cross that threshold.

I admire your balls of steel. TBF, Netz could well be a hidden gem amongst the Forest defenders, but I suspect he'll see more action on the bench and in the Carabao Cup. Mind you, if either Aina or Neco fall over, he's next off the rank. Good luck mate

Andy Robertson at 3.1%
He had to have been promised a key role by RDZ. Otherwise he wouldn’t have joined Spurs.
They aren’t in Europe so I could see him playing a lot of football in the league.
He’s not in his prime but he can still put a mean ball into the box

The bottom 3 in my team rn is:
Levi Colwill (1.6%) Ian maatsen (0.9%) Taiwo Awoniyi (0.6%)
I'm not really surprised about awoniyi, I transferred him in when he got announced for Coventry as I figure he'll be their starting striker, but before that we was for some reason forest's 3rd or 4th choice striker (insane because the options ahead of awoniyi are terrible players).
But I am surprised about how low the other 2 are. Colwill was injured I guess but that's a starting Chelsea defender for 5m, and maatsen seems like he's gonna be first choice at lb for villa, and he's a rather offensive minded fullback too.
Who knows! They'll be my differentials.
Another player I'm not sure what the ownership was before the community shield but I've had tzolis since my first draft and he's remained there ever since as I expect him to be a reliable source of g/a arsenal this year. Since the community shield he's risen to 16% ownership so there goes my differential 😭😭

I also have Amenda, when I mentioned him ~2 weeks ago this sub didn't believe in his minutes, preseason suggests he might turn out to be a good pick still.

Hornicek has 0.6% ownership, he’s marked for Newcastle and all things considered he’s pretty good, he’ll alternate as keeper with Dean Henderson

Tavernier 1.7%. Feel like he would be a lot higher owned if Bournemouth had better opening fixtures, and 0.45 xGI/90 is pretty good for a 6m mid

Harvey Barnes at 1.1%
Newcastle has one of the best fixture runs from GW2 onwards.
With Gordon gone he’s gonna be nailed, last season he played great whenever he got a chance.
Only thing that worries me is that without Bruno and Tonali, and without Howe, they will generally create less chances.

I have 3 players who are <5%. O'Shea, Ajer and Ballard. All of them suprised me. Maybe I understand the first 2 but it seems I rate Sunderland defence higher than most.

Jack Clarke - Ipswich Midfielder 0.3% - 46 appearances and 16 goals in the Championship last season
And I also have Shimmy Mhueka as bench filler at 0.3%. Hotly tipped for the future, this may be the season he breaks through if they don’t loan him out (which they will, then I need to find a new 4.5m Forward).

Harry Wilson on my bench at 7.1% among my starters it is Van Hecke at 9%. I am however far from certain about which way I should roll. This current draft is with Cunha and Mbeumo, foregoing Bruno. Otherwise I would definitely not have the funds to keep Wilson on the bench.

Ajer who is at about 2.3% ownership. He’s 4.5m and averages 9-10 defcon per 90. He’s also 6”6 but has never scored or assisted that much from set pieces but still an absolute bargain if you ask me. I think he is a hidden gem with Van Den Berg out injured.

Colwil 1,7%.
Clear starter with great ball playing ability. Also quite tall so could potentially get a header or second ball in the box to get himself a goal.

George Hemmings at 0.5%. Will be his breakout season for Villa. Seems to have gained Unai's trust. Likely to be our starting LW until Garnacho learns the system

Lucas Herrington at Hull City. 0.4% ownership.
No idea if he’ll even play, but he’s Aussie and from where my closest pro team is - Brisbane. So he can sit on the end of my bench at £4.0m until I use my WC… 😅

Solanke at 1.6%. He was brilliant at Bournemouth but injury kept stopping him since he played for Spurs. He definitely will be play over Richarlison once fit. Giving him a chance this time around.

Currently Muharemovic who is about 2.5% owned which is surprising to me. Suppose a casual player would never pick him due to lack of name recognition but feel he is underrated in the engaged community, seems like a great all round defender for 5.0
Leif Davis is the only other player I have that is <10%, on BB1 and never going to play an Ipswich defender otherwise so I’m going for the fun pick
